The Board of Directors typically meets on the fourth Monday of the first month of each quarter of the year at 5:30 PM at 131-A N. Virginia St., Port Lavaca, Texas 77979. Note: special meetings of the Board of Directors may be scheduled during interim periods between scheduled meetings.
